The Art of Living presents NRITYA SADHANA, Kathak dance taught by Pt. Birju Maharajji. It is a five day residential program beginning on 27th November till 30th November (Check-in on 26th Nov and check-out on 1st Dec). Nritya Sadhana ia a holistic event which includes along with Kathak, yogasanas, breathing techniques, meditation and Ayurveda. It is going to be conducted at the Art of Living International Center, Bangalore, India in the midst of beautiful, serene and tranquil nature. All above 17 years can participate in either the Basic level or the Advance level. The latter requires a minimum of 3 years training in Kathak.
