Nrithyanjali Institute of Dance with Plainsboro Arts Partnership presents ARTISTIC EXPOSÉ OF EMOTIONS. It is a unique dance presentation of complex literary works with simple and enduring themes researched, choreographed and performed by Ramya Ramnarayan along with several dancers. The project comprises of many poems on various concepts of life such as love, wealth, war and human responses to day to day experiences. The timeless themes in this showcase are from the literary works of the Sangam Era (500 BC- 300 AD), relating to the customs prevalent in the Indian society then, which holds true in contemporary context regardless of cultural and geographical boundaries. Music score for this production is exclusively composed by Rajakumar Bharathi, great grandson of the famous freedom fighter & poet Subramanya Bharathiar.
