the internationally acclaimed contemporary solo dance on the Tibetan Goddess Tara will be featured at University of California, Irvine, in its conference on Languages and Translations on October 26 and 27. In this conference, Anita Ratnam will talk about her approach to non verbal transcreation of text to movement as well as perform excerpts of her woman-centric repertoire of solo works.
