The Centre for Training Excellence will be conducting a two day workshop for Teachers and Trainers of Spoken English on ‘TEACHING SPOKEN ENGLISH, ACCENT & PRESENTATION SKILLS’ on July 28 & 29, 2007 at the Urban Health Research Training Institute, 16th Cross, Malleshwaram, Bangalore.
Profile of Resource Person
The workshop will be conducted by Dr Lalitha Appachu, an expert in the area of Communicative Language Teaching and a Training Consultant. She is also the Director of the Centre for Training Excellence, a Bangalore based consultancy dedicated to providing training support for Faculty and Professional Development. Dr Lalitha Appachu is an educationist and trainer with more than 23 years of teaching and training experience. She has conducted over 200 workshops for College Students, Faculty of Schools & Colleges, Corporate Organizations in India and abroad.
The workshops will focus on how to teach: (a) Conversational English (b) Accent Neutralization© Presentation Skills (d) Fluency Development (e) Confidence Building
