TiE Atlanta, a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of entrepreneurship, is inviting budding and veteran entrepreneurs to participate in the 2007 TiE Atlanta Business Plan of the Year Award.
To participate, submit a new business idea and/or an expansion plan for a current venture in the form of an executive summary. A panel of expert comprising of TiE Atlanta Mentors will review each plan to select a group of finalists. The finalists will then have an opportunity to present their plans at a monthly TiE Atlanta event, where an evaluation committee, made up of veteran entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and angel investors will judge the presentations and select one winning plan for the 2007 TiE Atlanta Business Plan of the Year Award. This is a unique occasion to network with and present to an influential group of stakeholders that are interested in new business ideas.
The award will be presented at TiECon 2007 in September along with a $1,000 cash prize. At that time, the winner will have the opportunity to share details of the plan to a broader audience. TiE-Atlanta ,
