The third annual India property in USA will be held during September 22-30 in Edison NJ, Dallas and Santa Clara, CA.
Organised by the Chennai based Priya Publications, publishers of real estate magazines, the 2-day show in each location will display a range of residential and commercial projects under development across the country. Property developers from cities such as Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Hyderabad , Goa, Mumbai and Pune will showcase investment opportunities available ranging from apartments, duplex, villas to office space. For institutional investors and high networth individuals, a range of investment opportunities available across select cities will be separately displayed to highlight areas of growth.
Housing finance companies and banks will extend spot approval of home loans on submission of basic documents during the show. Investor conference will be held every day in all the locations. Corporates and MNCs engaged in real estate development in US will be requested for the interactive seminar.
