Olive Beach is a Mediterranean restaurant which serves a great Sunday Brunch with unlimited cocktails and champagne.
The brunch includes a 100+ dishes and is priced at Rs.1700/-
A review of Olive Beach follows.
“We started with tequila and champagne. The latter is complimentary offer on Sundays. What is a Mediterranean meal without wines (red and white)? Then came appletini (blend of apple schnapps and vodka), litchitini (fruity mix of litchi vodka and litchi nectar), chocotini (a blend of vodka, baileys and chocolate) and the kiwi margarita (Olive’s specialty where fresh fruit kiwi marguerite is served frozen). To go with these drinks is a long list of sumptuous starters and breads, accompanied by excellent dips, in both veg and non-veg sections. Seafood buffs can bite into mussels, squids, prawns, clams and oysters. The last is served fresh and raw with vodka shooters. “One has to take that special effort to make the dish interesting,” explains Anuj Kapoor.
With the drinks and the food coming at a steady pace, you just slide into the comfy chairs and listen to some great jazz played by Vanshi, the in-house DJ, or some soul-stirring live music by the Music Trio till your tummy screams for the main course.
For this there are live stations that include a Salumeria counter, where the finest imported cold cuts and cheese from the Mediterranean regions are served. Then there’s the pasta section, grills, and the crostini bar that offers breads with delicious toppings. Here you can pick and choose your combinations or toppings.”
