Riverdale Country School (Bronx, NY) presents SAMHITA, conversations in Kuchipudi and Bharatanatyam by Vijay Palaparty and Nalini Prakash. Meaning ‘to join’ or ‘to collect’ in Sanskrit, Samhita is an artistic collaboration in two of India’s many classical dance forms, which are woven in a rich presentation of South India’s cultural expression.
