Story: Special Task Force ACP Mahankali is a man with a mission. He is determined to wipe out the underworld goons and put an end to their activities in the old city of Hyderabad.
Movie Review: A murder a minute. And it's a torture every second. Would you bear it? At last count, as per the villain's count, our protagonist is credited with killing as many as 140 people. The number actually goes up in the climax. Killing. Killing. And killing. That is the only thing that happens all through the movie. All because, Mahakali (Rajasekhar) had the advantage of wearing a police uniform and has access to police weapons. No, he does not have a licence to kill, but director Jeevitha Rajasekhar, is more than happy to make a trigger-happy cop out of husband, the `once-upon-a-time angry young man' of the Telugu silver screen.
