Story: Relationships do not matter to him - until, of course, it means he can monetarily benefit from them. Sukku has big dreams but a small mind. A CEO of a company in the US, his immediate priority is to set up his own business but has no. The only way out is to grab the property that his grandmother is sitting on back in India.
With the one intention of dislodging his grandmother from his ancestral property Sukku (Aadi) lands in his village. Vardhanamma (Sharada) proves a tough nut to crack. It's sometimes her forgetfulness and at other times her smartness that comes in the way. If it is not both, it is circumstances contrived by the man who calls himself SVR (Rao Ramesh), a family worker, which come in the way of Sukku taking his grandmother to the court to transfer the property on to his name.
One day, they finally make it to the court but after the working hours. Sukku is frustrated. The young-man-in-a-hurry wants to sell the property and fly back to the US at the earliest but there are hurdles, and more hurdles. Things go so much out of hand that he is forced to stay back as the head man of `the dirty village' and take care of its development.
