Story: College mates, Sanjay (Rahul) a rock musician and Pallavi (Kimaya), an Indian classical musician, just cant stand each other. Sparks fly when the duo are forced to team up for a national music contest.
Movie Review: When you've got to win, you can't afford to lose. Some hit below the belt to win. Others may wait for a lapse to encash. If winning is the goal, not losing heart in the run-up should be the aim. In this musical where western rock and Indian classical go hand in hand, two groups go all out to compete to bag a coveted trophy. And it calls for more than just music sense to win.
Sanjay (Rahul) knows his music. Rock is his forte. It is another matter that he is headstrong. Pallavi (Kimaya) simply loves Indian classical. It is her lifeline. Both study in the same college in Hyderabad but cannot see eye to eye. More because Sanjay feels he is unbeatable in his music and dismisses Indian classical as no music at all. It becomes inevitable to accommodate Pallavi in his group as the criteria to participate in a national musical contest at Vizag are that there should be both Indian classical and Western rock performances.
As if the differences among the group were not enough, the Delhi team that walked away with the honours the previous occasion is as tough as it ever was.
