The candidate will serve as a top tier support resource for evaluating and remediating complex technical challenges faced by our clients and technology teams.
It requires experience and skills with software deployment via SCCM, an understanding of application packaging (MSI and AppV) processes, and will entail top tier support for troubleshooting desktop applications on a variety of hardware platforms.
This position is for an onsite client-facing assignment.
Candidate must be skilled administering and configuring Microsoft SCCM and utilizing it for software, patch, and operating system deployment.
Candidate may also work with Microsoft MDT in support of the image management work including creation of new images, and incorporation of new hardware into existing images.
Knowledge of Windows 7 Deployment Technologies and image development, application packaging, and GPO Administration are also key skills.
The candidate will provide requirements gathering and coordination of requests for application packaging, along with support for the UAT environment (VMware) builds and testers. |
