BS in Computer Science with a minimum of 8 years experience in Software Development for Large Scale Production systems
• Well versed in Distributed Computing concepts and Virtualization
• Strong Software Engineering background
• Strong python/bash/php/perl scripting skills
• Python, Perl, MySQL, Postgres, RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ
• SCM/CodeReview skills (Git, gerrit, etc), PyCharm
• Strong background in Unix based operating systems -Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS
• Systems Engineering experience
• TCP/IP stack and computer network concepts
• SDN experience required with emphasis on VMware NSX
• Experience with virtualization (KVM, Xen, VMware) in an OpenStack Environment
