| |
Recruitments - The position would be responsible for recruitments across levels and functions as mentioned in the given specifications.
The candidate would be required to source and screen candidates through various channels and methods. Sourcing would be online, through database management and headhunting depending on the assignment.
The position is responsible for 1st and 2nd level screening using methods of resume screen, telephone and personal interviews.
Client Management - Would be responsible for managing clients by the way of coordinating and scheduling interviews. May be independently and as a team responsible for client interaction by distant conversations or interpersonal meetings.
Team Management - Would be required to work towards achievement of team targets. With experience and ability would be required to handle a team.
MIS ? Would be required to create and maintain relevant and required MIS.
Desired Profile
*The candidate should have minimum of 1 year experience in assessment, recruitments and selection field. Sourcing and screening experience through various channels is a must.
*Candidate must have excellent communication skills backed by focus and discipline.
*The candidate should be from Delhi/NCR.
* Computer (Internet, MS Office) and number crunching skills are important. |
