Must have 4 to 6 yrs of experience in 2G/3G NSS (MSC/HLR/MSS/MGW) Network dimensioning/high level design
Knowledge of commissioning / Integration , parameter/datafill/source data creation and optimization , measurement of Network Performance and KPIs
Must have knowledge of Netact planner and "nokia inventory" tools.
Knowledge of SS7 Signaling/SIGTRAN, ISUP/MAP/CAP/INAP protocols, IP
