Group Description : GDIC is a flagship global delivery location for HP and services a large number of trade customers adding significant value to almost every business entity and function within HP.
Duties/Key Areas of Responsibility :
Understanding the Requirements and Fulfilling them effectively. Resource Allocation - Matching Skills to requirments and fulfilling the requirments. Maintain the Specified Target Utilization at all times and monitor the same. Work closely with the Business Unit Head to strategize for fullfilling the upcoming requirments based on the Business Forecast. Work with Alliance Partners to meet the Resource Requirments through Contract Staffing Work closely with the Staffing Team for providing directions for Hiring Work Closely with WD & OE for Reskilling and Retooling the resources Maintain and Publish the MIS pertaining to various dimensions of Resource Management Provides direction and guidance to tactical and strategic process improvements interms of Tools , Systems and Procedures Ability to Appreciate the Business needs and prioritize them and provide Solutions as appropriate Continuously improve hp’s image as an attractive place to work
Skills Essential:Ability to Appreciate the Business needs and prioritize them and provide Solutions Good Understanding of the Technology and Skill Sets required for projects. Working knowledge of all SAP / GHRMS / any other RM Tools Ability to think strategically A high level of System orientation.
