Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. A minimum of one year of software engineering or related experience required.
Desired Profile Technical Skill Sets (Mandatory):
3 to 7 years experience with Object Oriented Design and Development
Current (2 years) hands-on experience developing GUI based application
Have good understanding of GUI design / Web Usability
Development experience with Struts / Tiles, JavaScript, CSS, HTML/DHTML, XML/XSLT
Experience in Analyzing Functional requirements / HLD / LLD
Proven ability to Debug / Review code developed by others
