| |
The role requires remotely administering the systems and managing the Data centre operations comprising Production Servers of HP-UX, IBM AIX dispersed geographically across the world. Preparing and Scheduling shell scripts to run the application batches.
Experience in Net Back-Up
Automating various flows and process for the System Support of various tools like Remedy, People soft, and Tivoli Maestro.
Troubleshooting the problems in batches and hence providing Level-1 support for production servers. Monitor, Control the IT infrastructure under the responsibility of the ECC to ensure maximum availability to the business.
Performing day to day system/tools administration activities on production servers like managing disks, file systems, user creation, improving system performance Perform Level-1error analysis and recovery.
Preparation of documentation and procedures required for reference. Maintaining strong partnerships and working relationships with dependent internal IT groups (Infrastructure, Database Operations, Networking, Server Support, Systems Engineering, etc.) as required
Desired Profile :
The best suited profile would be of a candidate with relevant experience. Any graduate with a basic experience in Data Center or Command Center Operations should be ideal. Candidate needs to communicate with the clients, hence, clear, effective and grammatically correct communication skills are utmost important
