Description : |
| |
* Designing, Co-ordination and implementation of new strategies for Development of Natural lead molecules for drug development plan.
* Identification of Novel Leads from Natural Products: anti-cancer, cardiovascular, antioxidant, antodiabetic & chemotherapy related alopecia.
* Isolation, purification & characterization.
* Designing of Semi synthesis, Characterization and Scale up of Novel Molecules
* Development of New synthetic analogues of natural products with improved efficacy & potency
* Co-ordination with Biology group for In vitro & In vivo screening of NCE�s isolated from plants
* Co �ordination with Biology group for Mechanism based in vitro Screening of lead molecules
* Implementation of Pre- Clinical Studies (Drug interaction, plasma binding, CYP identification and permeability assays).
* Large Scale Extraction and Isolation of targeted leads or NCE�s
* Commercialization
DESIRED PROFILE:
* Should be M.Sc + Ph.D is Phytochemistry.
* Minimum 4 yrs of Industrial experience in Phytochemistry of Pharma industry.
