The person should be having core test automation experience.
The person should be having expertise in any of test automation tools like Rational Robot, Win Runner etc.
Should have experience in developing automation strategy, Test strategy, Test case identification. He should have good debugging and analytical skills and should have capability to translate manual testing to automated test execution.
Required Technical Skills & Experience :
A minimum 1-2 years of experience in any of test automation tools like Rational Robot, Win Runner etc.
Excellent command over test scripts development with well organized good quality code.
Strong working knowledge of UNIX / Linux shell programming.
Good command over Scripting languages like Tcl/Tk, Perl, Expect.
