Technical Leader - Technical planning and execution of features in DSL/ Datacom domain - Ability to lead and drive team of 3-4 software engineers technically - Should be good enough in troubleshooting and reproducing the bugs, and providing fixes for critical issue - Should have good control on 'C' language and hands-on exposure of VxWorks, Linux platform. - Responsible for tasks assigned for self and team under his technical guidance
