Description : |
| |
Incumbent would be responsibe for the following:
1.Installation,configuration & monitoring (remote)the operations of the software product (Dialor) of the company.
2. To keep abreast with changing Technologies and recommend up gradations
3. Maintenance & administration of workstations, severs, and all other computer Hardware of the company, understanding & troubleshooting problems.
4. Network set up under Linux and Win 2000.
5.Installation and administration of MAIL, DNS, WEB Server. 6. Virus control.
7. Configured all servers and workstations to system requirements.
8. Mail server maintenance & up gradation (Linux).
9. Installalation and troubleshooting of DACX Dialer.
10. Testing of New Update dialer
11. Configured all servers and workstations to system requirements.
12.Mail server maintenance & up gradation (Linux).
13. Installalation and troubleshooting of DACX Dialer
Skills Required:
1.Candidate should have good knowledge of Linux (basic commands, shell scripting , knowledge of Kernel) - Mandatory
2.Candidate should have knowlwdge of networking concepts like subnetting, Nating, firewalls etc
3.Candidate should have atleast 6 months of experience in installation and configuration of software products (Dialor products)
4.Candidates who have 6 months of experience in Linux System Administration can also apply.
5.Educational Background:
* Candidate should be a B.Tech/BCA/ BSc/MCA
* Knowledge of VOIP/SIP/Audio Codes Knowledge add an Advantage
6. Candidates from Call centres , IT Companies and Telecom companies will be given preference
7.Candidates from Bangalore, Pune and Delhi/NCR should only apply, others will not be considered .
