Job Title: Senior QA Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of automation framework, tools deployment, and industry-standard system test.
Desired Profile REQUIREMENTS:
-Ability to lead a team of software QA engineers team size of 20 to 25 (engineers and leads)
-Strong sense of commitment to quality, schedule and effective communication
-Great cooperation skill
-In-depth understanding of Software development and QA methodologies, including QA tools for Automation, Code Coverage, System Test, Load testing etc
-Ability to work across teams.
-Ability to identify problems and arrive at timely solutions.
-Good organizational and planning skills
-Excellent communication and project management skills
-Define and review test plans for Manual as well as Automated testing.
-Good knowledge of analyzing standard cpu profiling tools, Oracle statistics and tracing, operating-system and hardware performance tools
