Description : |
|
Performing as an expert for all products lines and assists the specialists.
Provide support and training to HP Scitex AP and dealer's engineers and customer's operators.
Install new machines and support the existing install base.
Escalate technical problems to the specialists and the service manager.
Collaborate with the Care center the logistics and the local dealer (if the territory is indirect).
Providing Pre sale support to SVAP local sales and to the local dealer.
Promote the MSCs, UGs and inks
Manage the local service team.
