This position reports to Senior Manager, Enterprise QEO and will manage a team of highly dedicated Quality Engineers who are responsible for developing, maintaining and executing test automation in Oracle's Enterprise Suite of Applications, perform Enterprise Integration testing on both new and sustaining releases.
Primary responsibilities include:
* Lead and Supervise the Team:
o Develop individual work plans, monitor performance and provide guidance
o Actively develop leads to managers; team should be capable of operating without you
o Provide technical guidance to keep team up to date on the tools
o Facilitate career development and professional growth
o Manage compensation
Operational Responsibilities:
* In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for ensuring deliverables are met with quality and on time for the product pillars your team is supporting.
* Collaborate with internal customers and your manager on project planning including scope definition around supported releases for test automation and execution activities.
* Coordinate the development, maintenance and execution of automated test scripts Actively manage communications on project status, effectively perform risk assessment and mitigation activities with internal customers Participate in developing standards and procedures to provide quality control guidance and attain process efficiency
Job Requirements:
* Education and Experience:Possess BE/MCA/MS degree in Computer Science or related field
* 3 - 5 years of management experience leading teams of 10 or more.
* 3+ years of Enterprise Application software QA experience including adequate exposure to test automation, SQL/relational database and Integration Testing
* Proven excellence in written and spoken communication skills
* Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing employees in their career progression
