* Design, specify and document component solutions to business and technology requirements, including process and object models, external and internal interfaces, messaging protocols, etc.
* Actively communicate within the team to reach clarity and consensus around component designs.
* Develop and document test specifications and solutions including any object/relational mappings.
* Contribute to the design and maintenance of team infrastructure including the continuous build. o Actively participate in team initiatives, and help mentor other members of the team.
