QA Lead of an approximately 10-15 member team.
Very good competency in Virtusa SQA process.
Excellent understanding of the full SDLC and the associated SQA processes (the 'W' model)
Hands on experience in preparation of Test plans
Very good understanding of quality expectations.
Very good ability to enforce quality drivers.
Good ability to identify opportunities and participate in SQA process improvement and refinement.
Highly capable in adopting and enforcing relevant processes to achieve prescribed quality expectations.
Excellent ability to deliver technical artifacts on time with high quality.
Serves as a technical mentor.
