Lead the Level 2 Support team to meet & exceed the delivery commitments & customer expectations of the project. Provide Level 2 support to one of the Enterprise Application based on Linux. Receive calls through Application support desks located worlwide and provide resolutions to all the reported problems on the product. Job requires Working in Shifts (Rotational) and availability during non business hours/days on extreme critical conditions. Required Skills: Strong Linux Troubleshooting Unix/Linux sysadmin functions Strong NetworkTroubleshooting (TCP/IP, BOOTP, SNMP etc). Shell/Perl Strong oral & written Communication Skills Strong Customer Interaction Skills Preferred Skills: Knowledge on Printers related protocols like SNMP Quality Standards like ITSM etc |
