| |
* Very strong in high level analysis and gathering user requirements for Data warehousing applications
* Experience on both INFORMATICA and BUSINESS OBJECTS is mandatory ( Informatica being the primary skill).
* Thorough knowledge of the ETL Tools- Informatica, DTS and others
* Good in Designing warehouses and Datamarts
* Thorough knowledge of OLAP Tools - Preferred Business Objects
* Strong in Data Modelling using tools like Erwin, Modelmart or
Designer
* Strong SQL skills
* Knowledge of databases like Oracle, DB2, MS SQL server
* Should have good nurturing skills, as he will be required to train
the internal staff
Key work Accountabilities / Responsibilities for the Position Holder:
Ideal candidate would be the one who has a total of 7-12 years of experience of which atleast 4-5 years is on datawarehousing. Candidate must have experience on both INFORMATICA AND BUSINESS OBJECTS ( Informatica being the primary skill). Candidate should have some Financial/Banking/Insurance domain experience.
