The open position is for a highly technical hands-on individual, who will help in technical evaluation of partnerships, and will architect and build the integrations and extensions to the System Management Framework. The person should have strong communication skills, and be good at working with cross-functional teams. Since part of the team will be based in US , the individual should be comfortable working with remote teams.
Skills Required:
Strong design and programming skills
Deep understanding of web technologies, n-tier architecture and databases
Ability to understand the existing System Management Product, and quickly learn the 3rd party technology, to design and build the integration story
Strong 'hands on' coding skills in core Java, xml, webservices,SOAP
Familiarity with one or more of the following is a plus: .Net, SQL Server, MOM, HP OpenView, Tivoli
Work experience in developing plug-ins and adapters will be an advantage
Education: Engineering degree: BE/BTech/MTech/MS/ME preferably from from top schools
Work exp: 4+ years to 12 years
