| |
Incumbent would be working on IBM AS/400 environment and would be responsible for:
- All types of jobs & job queues, Subsystems, Share Pools Scheduling of jobs, customized system backups.
- Maintenance of the System and Data ASP's, Scheduling of IPL.
- Configuring central AS/400 to connect to with our different AS/400 all over India.
- Constantly monitoring the System throughout the day, especially month endings regarding bringing up the remote sites prioritising the jobs, manipulating the memory pools, creating user profiles and maintaining the user profiles etc.
- Coordinating the IBM & different service providers in making 100% uptime for AS/400 system.
- Giving complete application support to the end user.
- Familiarization with monitoring tools like, Netcool, candle,AHD is required- Important
- Requisite Skills on Remedy, service center, AHD
* 24 * 7 Operations
* Excellent in Communication skills
