Our client is looking for CRM Business Analyst - Siebel, Sienbel Analyst
Skills: Tha candidate should have deep knowledge of out of box functionality in the above mentioned products in multiple areas like sales, call management, order management, fiels services etc. The candidate should have demonstrated expertise in business requirements gathering, business process modeling, process mapping and gap analysis with respect to the product of expertise.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, Industry specific business process knowledge would be a distinct advantage. Exposure to requirement management tools and techniques (like rational, JAD) is desirable.
The candidate should be having at least 3 years of IT experience with experience in working in CRM implementation projects.
