Person will be responsible for each and every thing related to sales through malls and outlets on National level. i.e. Budgeting, Target setting, Achieving the targets, Sales force management, Brand development.
Should have handled large teams as a part of previous assignments
Should have the ability to deep dive into sales team performance, be able to add value and be able to give inputs based on market dynamics
Manage reporting and analysis
Willing to travel extensively within India for 15 days per month
Energetic and responsive.
Good communication skills
Responsible for planning and executing the sales and marketing activities for the department to achieve company’s sales and financial plans. Reporting to GM- Sales Jockey India in developing overall company strategy.
