The candidate must be an MBA (HR or PM&IR) / MSW (full time course)from a reputed institute with at least 8 years of experience in diverse areas of HR including Performance Management, Career Development, Competencies and Employee Relations. While the experience could be in any industry (Manufacturing / Engineering / Service) or across industries, experience in IT or BPO would be an advantage.
Additionally. the candidate must possess the following;
Sound conceptual knowledge
Strong communication skills (Spoken & written)
Ability to work in a matrix structure
Ability to function in a highly quality conscious and productivity driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
