Responsible for
* Leading the IS team supporting IT operations
* Managing the different application software like Oracle eBusiness suite, Business Objects, HRIS etc..
* Day-to-day operations of IT department,
* Recommending appropriate systems and procedures for the IT department and implementing the same.
* Ensuring 24 X 7 availability of all applications
* Understanding the business processes of Information Systems and recommending appropriate IT solutions.
* Managing relation ship with Hardware, software and service vendors to ensure availability of services and support as and when required.
* Managing day-to-day support to all the functional departments of company and ensuring customer satisfaction and appreciation
