| |
The PM candidate will be responsible for the following:
1) Client interaction, understanding requirements, designing architecture, developing project plan and scheduling.
2) End to end delivery responsibility
3) Lead a team of highly skilled and talented software professionals working on cutting-edge technologies
4) Working with development team and business users to develop and document business requirements
5) Strong People/Team and Vendor management skills with excellent exposure to RFP creation etc.
6) Excellent Customer focus and interaction skills
7) Developing functional specifications for the project as required based on the business requirements
8)Track and ensure all business requirements are met for the project
9) Creating a project plan in conformance with our Client's OEM IT software development process methodology
10) Leveling and balancing workload allocations for project resources to ensure that there is no imbalance in work load allocation
11) Maintaining project schedule and communicating project status
12) Tracking project budget to ensure that the project does not exceed allocated project budget
13) Monitoring bugs and other project issues to ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner
14) Ensure deliverables, offshore coordination for large .net project. |
