Facilitates the implementation of process for the assigned Business Units.
Provides process tailoring support for project teams
Schedules, conducts and report audits
Reviews Project Quality Indicators (Metrics)
Participates in project meetings, facilitates defect analysis and root cause analysis
Conducts process training for project teams
Participates in Software Process Improvement Initiatives
Continuously looks towards bringing in significant industry best practices in GIP to advance the state of practice within the company
Shares knowledge with other members of the process team |
