* P&L responsibility for underlying book of business
* As a member of the senior management team in the organization, is responsible for overall organization development (delivery, business, people)
* Responsible for overall quality and customer satisfaction
* Interact with clients to ensure client delight; & business expansion targets
* Develop, implement and maintain - policies, procedures/ processes and infrastructure for the organization - towards achieving BU goals/ corporate goals
* Track the development of the unit on a regular basis and report to the senior management appropriately
