Technical
8+ years of relevant industry experience
Hold a relevant bachelor degree, an equivalent qualification or demonstrated ability to perform
Very sound knowledge of the company product development lifecycle GIP and the process tools
Has an appreciation for development languages
Very sound industry trends awareness
Sound project management skills
Very sound technical skills
Very sound ability to take on multiple assignments
Very sound problem solving skills
Sound people management skills, ability to resolve conflicts
Knowledge/experience in best practices for software development (RUP, XP and DIV)
Good overview knowledge of web application architecture and web technology
Strong knowledge of PM best practices and business processes
Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills

Proficient in developing, managing & tracking Project Plans
