Incumbent will be a part of Corporate HR and participate in a gamut of HR functions like the recruitment process, performance appraisal, employee developmental initiatives and employee communication. Will also be involved in formulating and implementing employee motivational programs, managing employee relations and introducing innovative HR practices across the organization. Maintaining employee contacts and facilitating mentoring & counseling initiatives are part of the role.
Should have exposure to all facets of human resource management. Knowledge of psychometric testing and benchmarking with global HR best practices within the IT industry is desirable.
Candidate Profile
PG in HR with 8-12 years experience in the HR function in the IT industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and people handling skills are essential.
Exposure to quality processes, CMM standards etc will be an added advantage
