In-depth Technical Understanding Ariba Buyer 8.2
Deep experience with Ariba's Object Model, UI, Approval Rules, Customization, Integration (File Channel, TIBCO, Webmethods,MQ Series), and Reporting
Expert knowledge of various languages/tools such as Java, AML, XML, cXML and Javascript
Multiple OS Platform Background (Windows, HP-UX, Sun Solaris 9.x)
Experience with other Ariba modules a plus (Ariba Sourcing, eInvoicing, Analysis, Category Procurement, Contract Workbench or Compliance
Multiple DB Platform Background (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)
Multiple Application Server Background (Websphere,Weblogic)
Multiple WebServer Platform Background
Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
Strong interpersonal, verbal, written skills
1. Handle senior-level, complex development tasks
2. Create Ariba Technical Design Docs specific to market deployment
3. Perform code development activities, as required
4. Provide/Develop Data/CSV File Creation/Oracle DB Queries
5. Assist with UI language translation
6. Assist with dev/test environment creation, as required
7. Participate in User Acceptance Testing sessions from a technical perspective
8. Assist with pre-Go Live support activities as well as post-Go Live support, as required
"Positions will be based in India, but candidate may need to travel ot the US for some training. Ability to travel internationally for short-term assignments a plus.
