| |
Total IT Exp – 6 – 8 yrs
· Dynamic Mainframe professionals with knowledge and experience in :
· COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, DB2
· Bachelors Degree. in CS/IT/EE or MCA or related equivalent professional qualification
· Previous experience as a Tech Lead on a 6+ member team in multiple projects (or equivalent experience) spanning at least 6 months is required.
· Previous experience in working in a team of 10+.
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
· Excellent ability to understand the requirements and provide design solutions based on the overall architecture of the system.
Very good ability to conduct effective design and code reviews.
Excellent ability to incorporate software development best practices.
· Highly competent in at least one related suite of technologies.
Very good awareness of software vendors, available frameworks and platforms within this technology domain.
Good understanding of at least one other major technology domain.
