Installation and configuration of AIX 5.2,Lvm work on AIX - creating volume groups, logical volume – increasing or decreasing filesystem, mirroring and striping,Constructing filesystems, creating links, design strategies to maintain free spaces in file system, monitoring free space, disk usage, Administration and monitoring of disk based file system, process, and cachefs filesystem.Swap management- adding swap spaces if required, Setting and managing local and network printers. Activities includes Creating and deleting logical prinets, disable, enable printers, accept and reject jobs to queue, moving print jobs to other printer if required. Canceling print jobs, Incremting priority, allowing or denying users from accessing printers, starting and stopping printing services, Monitoring System Performance by using various utilities like SAR, top, iostat, netstat, vmstat, svmon on UNIX machines, Trouble shooting of day-to-day problems
