2 - 4 years in technical recruiting. Proficient PC, Email, and Internet use.
Willing to work on Night Shifts ((EST time zone).
Prior US recruitment experience a MUST
A positive attitude with the ability to handle candidate objections.
Self motivated, driven, and energetic with an exceptional work ethic.
The ability to think and work independently.
The ability to project confidence and enthusiasm over the phone.
The ability to problem solve and think creatively.
The ability to build relationships with candidates.
A technical background with a successful track record in the software services industry a plus.
Familiarity with industry, technical issues and software terminology a plus.
