| |
Establish a team of HR professionals for managing the recruitment processes for corporate customers (IT and non IT sectors) under the ‘recruitment process outsourcing’ service offering.
As the Head of Operations, following would be the key deliverables-
1. Establish (identify and build) a team of operations professionals for managing the ‘back end’ processes which would include sourcing, screening,selecting, interview scheduling and on boarding of talent for clients.
2. Define and design an operations structure for delivering to the target clients as per agreed process SLA’s ( including turn around times and throughputs)
3. Design and define processes towards ensuring smooth operational flows.
4. Monitor and ensure process metrics for process enhancement and reporting to the clients.
5. Continuously engage in process re-engineering for ensuring time and cost optimization while engaging with the end customer.
6. Target towards achieving ISO 9001 and SIX SIGMA process delivery capabilities for the Operations Center.
Preferred Certifications
Awareness of ISO 9001, SIX SIGMA or 5S process tools would be advantageous.
Prior experience in building and managing large teams (500+) would be advantageous. |
