Position: Technical Lead
Skills: Remote Troubleshooting skills with Indian Customers will be an added advantage. Troubleshooting Hardware (exp.On IBM/Compaq preferred), DMP & LJ/DJ skills. Should be a power user of Windows, MS Office,
Outlook. Good skills on office productivity tools essential. Prefer engineer who has worked for MNC/Consulting
customer in similar position.
Exp: 4yrs
