Minimum 1 implementation experience of implementing Oracle Apps Marketing & Telesales Module preferably in real estate industry.
Capable of independently Implementing Oracle Marketing and telesales module.
Hands on experience in all project implementation phases such as business process study, design, setup, testing, data conversion, user training, support, ect.
Understanding of Oracle CRM integration with other Oracle Apps modules.
Experience in developing stand alone systems integrated with CRM. Providing function design to technical consultant for system development.
Good understanding of AIM methodology and documenting skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and map user?s requirements in Oracle Apps.
Knowledge in Oracle Property, HR & Payroll, Business intelligence and Discoverer are desirable.
Business process knowledge of marketing, sales and property leasing are required.
