Job Designation: Process Executive / Process Specialist
Qualification: B Sc plus MBA, BE, MBA
Relevant Experience: 2 ? 5 yrs
Total Experience: 3 ? 7 yrs
Job Requirement:-
Key skill sets for relevant experience: IT process knowledge, CMMI, ITIL, Six Sigma
Key skill sets for Total experience: TQM, ISO 9000, Six Sigma
Roles played for relevant experience: Quality consulting, ATM, QA Analyst, Metrics analyst, SQA, Six Sigma Black Belt, IT Project Manager with good process background
Roles played for total experience: ISO auditor, Quality executive / manager, Six Sigma Black belt, Project Manager
Generic: Should be mature and overall good in communication, graduation / post graduation from good institution is a plus, good academic credentials, willing to relocate (mostly Mumbai ), ready for onsite assignments (PCP delivery specific, we need not make it mandatory to start with if it is for other roles and the candidate is really good)
Job Responsibilities:
