QAL
o 6 to 8 years of QA experience
o QA Lead of an approximately 10-15 member team.
o Very good competency in Virtusa SQA process.
o Excellent understanding of the full SDLC and the associated SQA processes (the 'W' model)
o Hands on experience in preparation of Test plans
o Very good understanding of quality expectations.
o Very good ability to enforce quality drivers.
o Good ability to identify opportunities and participate in SQA process improvement and refinement.
