Resources could have skill sets such as
1. Strong SQL - Oracle 8/ 9, MS SQL Server 2000, stored procedures
DBA exposure - Import/Export DB, create/modify DB settings
Batch files and shell scripts.
2. J2EE skills (Desirable)
a). Awareness of IT Portfolio Mgmt, Program Mgmt, Project Mgmt, Resource Mgmt and Financial Mgmt in tools like Mercury ITG (Kintana), CA Clarity.
b). Exposure to BPM / workflow tools like Savvion, Tibco etc
